It's great having you in our space! We have some requests of you in order to keep Clementine clean for the next event.
Please let the venue manager know if you do not find the kitchen in a clean condition as we expect the kitchen to be returned to the condition in which you found it.
FLOORS: This is our biggest issues with caterers at closeout. At the end of the event, we'll see if the floors are clean using a white towel. You may to do this in advance. Use several mop pads and the mop bucket (adding one of the pre-measured cups of solution to hot water) and be sure to get underneath tables.
DISHES & GLASSES: Stack racks of plateware, flatware and glasses on sidewalk for easy rental company pickup and floor cleaning.
SINK: Do not wash anything in the sink as we do not have a grease trap.
TRASH: Remove all trash. Break down boxes and put other trash in trash bags (found on the shelves) before putting them in the dumpster in the alley. Rinse garbage cans and return to shelf area. (Hose adapter for the sink is on the wall by the shelves.). Do not put new trash bags in wet garbage cans.
TABLES: Wipe down the stainless tables with microfiber towels and then finish them with the glass cleaner and a dry towel. (This means moving the tables, cleaning sides + lower shelves.)
FRIDGE: Wipe down inside + out / clean glass using glass cleaner.
ICE: There is an ice maker directly above the kitchen. Do not but bags of ice or anything else in the ice maker.
STOOLS: Wipe down if you used them. Stack and return to shelf area.
WALLS: Wipe off any spills.
LOCKERS: Check lockers for personal items before leaving. If you think you have left something, please email us.
WHITE BOARD: Add your name at the top before leaving as we keep track of who last cleaned the kitchen.
