Events are comprised of vendors, and the ability to choose your own team enables a custom, boutique product. The success of your event, however, depends upon which vendors you select. If your vendor is a business in good standing, they are well on their way to being approved to come to Clementine and Ruby. To help, Dragon Park offers a large list of pre-approved vendors: those who regularly perform to a high standard at our venues.
If you'd like to use a professional vendor who is not on this list (and they are not a Rental, Bartending, Security or Valet company, which must come from the list, or are not a vendor who is not allowed to return), they may complete an application for consideration to come to Clementine and Ruby. They will submit their contact information, sign a liability release, and provide their insurance. We will evaluate their qualifications. Approval is not assured. A fee of $50 is charged to each new vendor applicant for evaluation.
If you're a vendor and would like to be on the Pre-Approved Vendor List, we'd love to have you. First, come to Clementine or Ruby as a vendor for one of our clients. (Please don't contact us to get on the list without having visited as we can't approve anyone whom we have not seen operate.) Vendors appreciate that we screen for legitimacy and capability.
Before you come the first time, go through the application process. If you are not on the list, do not tell a client that you have been to our venues before and are therefore allowed back (that's awkward for everyone).
